· Thin film growth (MBE, UHV sputtering) & 2D heterostructure synthesis (dry transfer)
· Nano-/micro-structure characterisation (TEM, SEM, XRD)
· Nano-/micro-device fabrication (e-beam/optical lithography)
· RF technique (low-T FMR) & cryogenics (4He cryostat, 3He/4He dilution refrigerator)
