· 초전도 양자 상전이상태에서 스핀, 전하 및 열의 물리적 상호작용을 실험을 통해서 통찰한다.

▪ 연구방법

​· Thin film growth (MBE, UHV sputtering) & 2D heterostructure synthesis (dry transfer)

· Nano-/micro-structure characterisation (TEM, SEM, XRD)

· Nano-/micro-device fabrication (e-beam/optical lithography)

· RF technique (low-T FMR) & cryogenics (4He cryostat, 3He/4He dilution refrigerator)

· External/international collaboration (Germany, UK, France, Japan)

· Chiral antiferromagnetic Josephson junctions as spin-triplet supercurrent spin valves and dc SQUIDs [Nature Nanotech. 18, 747 (2023)] 

· ​Zero-field polarity-reversible Josephson supercurrent diodes enabled by a proximity-magnetized Pt barrier [Nature Mater. 21, 1008 (2022)]​

· ​Long-range supercurrents through a chiral non-collinear antiferromagnet in lateral Josephson junctions [Nature Mater. 20, 1358 (2021)]

· ​Enhanced spin pumping into superconductors provides evidence for superconducting pure spin currents [Nature Mater. 17, 499 (2018)]
