We analyze the properties of various materials including semiconductors and magnetic materials, as well as their nanostructures, using spectroscopy and research new quantum phenomena and their mechanisms.

▪ 연구방법
-Semiconductor thin film growth (CVD)

-Synthesis of heterostructures of layered materials (dry transfer)

-Structural characterization (TEM, SEM, XRD, AFM)

-Optical cryostat (closed-cycle, continuous flow)

-Micor-/macro-Raman, photoluminescence (PL), and absorption spectroscopy

-Raman and PL imaging​
